Preparation epoch

The preperation epoch is the current epoch of the land project. It succeeds the recent L3 epoch and earlier origin epoch.
This epoch begins with the transfer of title and deed to User:horsman from the previous owners of the land. It will end when the land becomes a Community Land Trust.
Over the course of the epoch, the aim is to observe, develop, and prepare the land for larger, communal use. This will include understanding and development of the life-shed, finances, governance, and uses of the land.
